These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vinkas.com ("Site") and your purchase and use of eSIM profiles, operated by Vinkas Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore. By accessing or using this Site, or purchasing eSIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site & Services

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • To infringe on the rights of others or post harmful or offensive content.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or eSIM networks.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases on this Site.

2. eSIM Purchases & Payments

All purchases of eSIM packages through our Site are subject to these Terms:

  • Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed in USD (or other supported currencies) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include any applicable VAT or telecommunications service taxes.
  • Payments: All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
  • eSIM Delivery: Upon successful checkout, your eSIM profile parameters (including a QR code and SM-DP+ details) will be generated and delivered to your account and email.

3. Device Compatibility & Carrier Unlocking

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your mobile device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing an eSIM package.

  • eSIM technology requires compatible hardware (typically newer smartphone models).
  • Your device must not be locked to a specific carrier or contract.
  • We cannot provide refunds or technical support for compatibility issues resulting from locked or incompatible devices.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIM profiles, our refund policy is strictly enforced:

  • Final Sale: All eSIM purchases are final, non-changeable, and non-refundable once the eSIM profile is generated, or the QR code is displayed on the screen or sent to your email.
  • Technical Errors: Refunds may be issued only if there is a verified technical failure in provisioning or delivering the eSIM profile caused directly by us or our partner Airalo, and only if you contact support before attempting to use the service.
  • Data Usage: Once data usage has begun on the eSIM profile, no refunds or modifications can be issued under any circumstances.

5. Network Coverage & Quality of Service

Our eSIM connectivity is provided in partnership with Airalo and regional cellular network operators:

  • We do not own, operate, or maintain the underlying cellular networks. Service quality, coverage, and speeds are subject to the capabilities and constraints of the local partner carrier in the country of use.
  • Network availability may vary based on location, weather, topography, device capabilities, and carrier network traffic.
  • We are not liable for any temporary outages, network congestion, or slow data speeds experienced during your travel.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Vinkas Technologies Pte. Ltd. or its partners (including Airalo and logo assets), and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all eSIM services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, network speed, or fitness of the eSIM profiles for any specific purpose. Your use of our site and cellular services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinkas Technologies Pte. Ltd. and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of business, or travel delays) resulting from your use of or inability to use the eSIM packages or our Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, eSIM purchases, or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
